About This Position

We are hiring OTR Dry Van Company Drivers. Earn $0.65 CPM with performance bonuses, dedicated lanes, and great home time.

Pay Info

• $0.65 CPM plus performance bonuses
• $2,800 guaranteed weekly pay for driving 4,000 miles
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 3 months & $500 after 6 months
• $200 weekly bonus for driving 4,000 GPS miles
• $500 bonus for drivers completing 15,000+ GPS miles per month
• Fuel Average Bonus: $150 (7.5+ MPG) or $300 (8.0+ MPG) for 12,000+ GPS miles/month
• $500 Safety & Referral Bonus
• Payroll Cycle: Monday 12pm to Monday 12pm // Settlement: Tuesday // Pay Day: Wednesday
• Layover Pay: $150 // Detention: $25/hr after 2 hours
• Bonus qualifications: No accidents, no failed inspections, no late loads, weekly truck inspections on time

• 2023 / 2024 / 2026 Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia (Automatic Only)
• Bunk Heater, APU, Power Inverter, Fridge, Microwave, Premium Bed & Deer Guard
• Trucks Governed: Pedal 68 mph // Cruise Control 70 mph
• Driver facing cameras & front facing camera

Operations

• Hometime Minimum: 3 weeks out = 3 days home
• Drive at least 3,500 Weekly Mile Average // 3,000 – 5,000 Weekly Mile Range
• Main Running Areas: MN, IL, WI, OH, MI, IN, MS, PA, MO, KS, OK, CO, CA, AZ, NV, TX, IA, UT, AR, AL
• Driving West Is Priority // NO GO areas: NY or North East states
• No Touch Freight // Drop & Hook // Dedicated Lanes: WI-CA // CA-MS // MS-WI
• Weigh Station Pre-Pass // Pre Pass for tolls // Gas Station Network: Pilot Flying J
• 24/7/365 Professional Dispatch, Breakdown & After Hours Support

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• 1 year experience minimum
• Clean driving record
• Meet DOT requirements

Policies

• Occupational Accident Insurance: $35/week
• Escrow: $2,500 ($250/week for 10 weeks)
