About This Position

We are hiring OTR Solo Dry Van Truck Drivers. Drive all 48 states with great pay, bonuses, and home time.

Pay Info

• $0.60 CPM all empty & loaded miles, plus performance bonuses
• Safety/Productivity Bonus: Up to an additional $0.10 CPM paid monthly
• $2k Referral Bonus: 50% paid at 30 days & 50% paid at 120 days
• Orientation Pay: $150 // Orientation travel expenses covered
• Layover Pay: $100 // Detention: $15/hr after 2 hours // Additional Stop: $50
• Payroll Cycle: Sunday to Saturday // Pay Day: Friday

• 2020-2026 Peterbilt 579 // 2023-2024 International // 2021 Freightliner Cascadia
• APU, Power Inverter, Fridge & Bunk Heater (No Microwave)
• Trucks governed at 70 mph // Automatic transmission
• Front dash facing camera required // Driver facing camera optional

Operations

• General Hometime: 2 weeks out = 2 nights home (4 weeks = 4 nights)
• IL, IA, IN, OH, MI, MN, MO, KY, WI: 5 nights out = 2 nights home
• Weekly Mile Average: 2,500 // Weekly Mile Range: 2,000 – 3,000
• 50% Drop & Hook and 50% Live Loads // No Touch Freight
• Main Running Areas: Midwest, East Coast, and South
• Gas Station Network: Love’s // Weigh Station Pre-Pass
• 24/7/365 Professional Dispatch, Breakdown & After Hours Support

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• 1 year experience minimum
• Clean driving record
• Meet DOT requirements

Policies

• W2 Health Insurance / 401k available
• Escrow (1099 Only): $100/week until $2,500 balance
• Occupational Accident Insurance (1099 Only): $40/week
• Passenger Policy: 1 passenger, minimum 10 years of age
• Pet Policy: 1 pet allowed with $500 non-refundable deposit
