1. Program Description

Our Presence Inc. (“Our Presence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating as Our Presence Recruiting, operates SMS messaging programs to communicate with (1) CDL-A truck driver applicants regarding their job applications, and (2) carrier clients regarding hiring inquiries, service discussions, scheduling, and account-related updates. Messages may include application follow-ups, qualification document requests, interview and orientation scheduling, onboarding updates, job opportunity updates, and responses to inquiries.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Our Presence Inc., you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not provide your phone number or check any SMS consent checkbox on our website forms.

3. Consent & Opt-In

By submitting your mobile phone number through any opt-in form on our website (ourpresence.com) and checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes, you consent to receive the type(s) of text messages indicated. You may opt in to informational messages, marketing messages, or both — each is independent and optional.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of applying for any position or receiving any service.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You will typically receive 1 to 5 messages per active application or inquiry.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier’s plan. Our Presence Inc. does not charge for SMS messages. Please contact your mobile carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further communications. To re-subscribe, reply UNSTOP.

This SMS program is available on AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.
